Boris Boyer
Boris Boyer studied history and English literature at the universities of Kiel und Melbourne and subsequently made his career in the HR departments of multinational companies. During this time he gained know-how and experience in both family-owned and managed SMEs as well as international conglomerates in different industry sectors. In his last position he was as Chief HR Officer responsible for the HR department of a market leader in the building materials industry. Parallel to his work he completed a business administration degree at Henley Management College. Boris particular passion as an HR manager has always been filling senior management positions in an international environment as people are the key to success in any enterprise. Today, improving the success and corporate development of a client’s business by matching the right candidates is his dedication and pledge. Boris loves sailing and likes to explore the countries around the Baltic Sea and he enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends.

Lars Schwanke
Lars Richard Schwanke studied law in Berlin and Giessen. After gaining valuable experience with a successful stint at a well known executive search company that specialized in the automotive and finance sectors in Franfurt/Main, he founded Schwanke Bros./Gebruder Schwanke together with his brother and returned to his home town of Berlin. Today Schwanke Bros. is part of Schwanke Boyer Executive Search.

Niels Schwanke
During his studies he gained firsthand experience within the executive search sector. After completing of his legal studies he then worked at one of the top ten executive search firms in Germany. In 2008, together with his brother, he founded the Schwanke Bros./Gebrüder Schwanke with the objective of offering exceptional quality within the executive search sector. Today Schwanke Bros. is part of Schwanke Boyer Executive Search.
